Welcome to Aegis Public Safety Supply (“Aegis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a veteran-owned small business headquartered in Oklahoma, proudly serving federal, state, tribal, and local government agencies, law enforcement, fire departments, emergency services, and qualified public safety organizations.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”), all purchases, and any services provided. By accessing the Site, submitting a purchase order, or accepting delivery of products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We specialize in government and institutional sales. These Terms are tailored to comply with public procurement practices, including GSA schedules, cooperative purchasing agreements, sole-source justification, and formal bidding processes.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for:

You agree not to:

4. Product Restrictions & Compliance

All products are sold subject to:

  • Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
  • Buy American Act compliance (where applicable)

You represent and warrant that:

5. Ordering Process (Government Sales)

  • Shipping terms (FOB Origin or Destination)
  • Estimated lead time

  2. Order Confirmation → Issued within 1 business day
  3. Invoice & Delivery → Net 30 terms standard

No order is binding until a valid PO is received and acknowledged.


6. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Pricing: List price or contract pricing (whichever is lower)
  • Taxes: Government entities are exempt from Oklahoma sales tax with valid exemption certificate
  • Payment Terms: Net 30 from invoice date
  • Late Payments: Subject to 1.5% monthly interest (per Oklahoma law)
  • Disputed Invoices: Must be notified in writing within 10 days

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Carrier: FedEx, UPS, or freight (LTL)
  • FOB: Origin (default) – Title transfers when carrier takes possession
  • Delivery Delays: Not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., supply chain, weather, carrier issues)
  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Buyer must inspect within 5 business days and report damage

8. Returns & Warranties

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

  • Spec sheets
  • Aegis logo and branding
  • Veteran-owned certification marks

…are protected by copyright and trademark law. Government use for official purposes is permitted with attribution.


10. Limitation of Liability

Aegis shall not be liable for:

  • Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
  • Injuries resulting from improper use or lack of training
  • Delays in mission-critical operations

Maximum liability: Total amount paid under the applicable Purchase Order.


11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Aegis harmless from claims arising from:

  • Misuse of products
  • Failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
  • Unauthorized resale or export

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.


13. Federal Contract Clauses (By Reference)

For orders exceeding applicable thresholds, the following FAR clauses apply by reference:
